Born in Fayetteville, NC
Moved to Texas in 1981
Given up for adoption, lived in and out of foster homes till I was 6, then adopted by the Bristow family, then placed in a youth adult home for troubled teens, where I lived during my senior year of high school.
I attended De Kalb High School, Marshall High School, where I took up a talent on drums and percussion, and then was award a 3 years scholarship to Panola College to continue my talent. While attending Panola, I volunteered at a private academy, and then went on to be an Classroom Assistant in a public school.
